The quote written above is one of our favorite words because it reminds us of our passion, hope and dreams. Time really does fly so fast and it has been a year since we stepped ourselves in Labuan Bajo, the Komodo Island.

One year ago, we moved the well-known as romantic and chic BISTRONOMY from Jakarta to Labuan Bajo as an exciting rooftop sushi & bar sensation. The enthusiasm has been wonderful.
